• A Turkish abstract is mandatory for all submitted abstracts.
• Abstracts must be prepared under the following headings:
  • Objective
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
• The abstract text must not exceed 300 words.
• A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 keywords must be provided.
• The abstract should be written in clear, concise, and scientifically appropriate language.
• Each abstract may include a maximum of one table and one figure.
• Tables and figures should be placed at the appropriate locations within the text.
• Abbreviations must be written in full when they first appear in the text.
• Scientific nomenclature and terminology should conform to internationally accepted standards.

• Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the Abstract Submission & Registration System available on the congress website.
• Abstracts submitted by post, courier, fax, or e-mail will not be considered.
• All abstracts must be uploaded to the system by the specified submission deadline.
• Submitted abstracts must represent original work that has not been previously published.
• All abstracts must be prepared in accordance with the Abstract Preparation Template available on the congress website.

Review Process

All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee through a Double-Blind Peer Review process based on the following criteria:

• Scientific content
• Originality
• Methodological quality
• Scientific contribution
• Relevance to the congress theme

Following the review process, abstracts will be accepted as either:

• Oral Presentation
• E-Poster Presentation

As the number of oral presentation slots is limited, priority will be given to original research addressing current and significant topics.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation format of any accepted abstract when deemed appropriate.

Notification of Review Results

• Once the peer-review process has been completed, the evaluation results will be communicated to the corresponding author through the congress system.
• Acceptance or rejection notifications will also be sent via SMS.
• Participants may also view the review results by logging into their congress account.

• The official language of oral presentations is Turkish.
• Each presentation will be allocated a total of 12 minutes, consisting of:
  • 7 minutes for the presentation
  • 5 minutes for discussion
• Presentation files must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) format.
• Presentation files must be submitted to the hall staff at least one session before the scheduled presentation for technical verification.
• The presentation schedule announced in the Scientific Program is final and will not be subject to change.

• Poster abstracts will be presented exclusively in the E-Poster format.
• The official language of E-Posters is Turkish.
• E-Posters must be prepared in a 16:9 landscape format.
• The title of the poster must be followed by the full names of all authors and their institutional affiliations.
• E-Posters must be uploaded through the Abstract Submission & Registration System on the congress website within the specified submission period.
• Each E-Poster should include the following main sections:
  • Objective
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
• The corresponding author is required to be present at the poster during the scheduled presentation session to participate in the evaluation and scientific discussion.
• The poster presentation

• After completing the abstract submission, authors may revise their abstract and replace the uploaded files through the system until the peer-review process begins. Once the peer-review process has been completed, only one request for author-related changes (adding or removing authors, or changing the order of authors) will be permitted before the congress.
• Requests for such changes must be submitted by contacting the Congress Secretariat via the official contact information provided by the congress.

• Authors who wish to publish the full text of their Oral or E-Poster presentations must prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the Congress Manuscript Guidelines.
• Full-text manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through the Abstract Submission & Registration System on the congress website within the specified submission period.
• Full-text manuscripts submitted after the deadline will not be considered for publication.
• Accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress Abstract Book.
• Accepted full-text manuscripts will be published in the Congress Full-Text Proceedings Book.
• The Congress Abstract Book and Full-Text Proceedings Book will be published electronically (online) on the official website of HİDER following the congress.

The authors are solely responsible for the scientific content, opinions, and conclusions presented in the abstracts submitted to the congress.

By submitting an abstract, the corresponding author, on behalf of all co-authors, confirms that:

• All authors have reviewed and approved the submitted work.
• The study has been conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards.
• The authors hold the necessary rights or permissions for all text, tables, figures, and images included in the submission.
• All authors consent to the review, acceptance, and publication of the submitted work.

Accepted abstracts may be published electronically in the Congress Abstract Book.

Accepted full-text manuscripts may be published electronically in the Congress Full-Text Proceedings Book.

The Congress Organizing Committee reserves the right to publish accepted abstracts and full-text papers on the official congress website, in electronic proceedings, and in other congress-related digital publications and promotional materials.

By submitting an abstract, the authors grant permission for their work to be published and distributed for scientific and educational purposes within the scope of the congress. Such publication does not constitute a transfer of copyright ownership. Copyright remains with the authors.

The authors assume full legal and academic responsibility for any cases of plagiarism, ethical misconduct, fabrication, falsification, data manipulation, or other violations of research integrity that may be identified before or after publication. The Congress Organizing Committee reserves the right to withdraw any publication if such violations are confirmed.

The Congress Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee reserve the right to amend the publication policies and publication rights whenever deemed necessary.

Presentation files must be uploaded online through the Abstract Submission & Registration System or submitted to the hall staff no later than 08:00 a.m. on the day of the presentation.

• To be included in the Scientific Program, at least one author of an accepted abstract must complete the congress registration.
• Submission of an abstract constitutes confirmation that all authors have approved the work and agree to comply with the applicable ethical standards.
• The Scientific Committee reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documentation when deemed necessary.
• The Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee reserve the right to amend the abstract submission guidelines whenever necessary.
• Authors are advised to regularly check the "Important Dates" section of the congress website for submission deadlines, review results, and other important announcements.
